A problem I had that I didn't use CS, when me and my brother started fighting, I got so mad at him that I started yelling with no control (i think that's why I have no voice), we got in that point where he couln't even sleep in the room, so he had to sleep at his godmother's room.
I think if i had use the CS he could have sleep in our room, and i wouln't have yelled at him and I would have voice today.
